Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories.
If your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, we will provide a replacement or full refund in line with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

However, items that are used, damaged by misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, heavily used items may be partially refunded only.
